Why am I not able to place an order?
1. Please check whether the
shop is open.
2. Make sure that you have
reached the minimum order value on your purchase.
3. Verify that your payment
details used are valid and entered correctly.
Payment
Why am I not able to see cash payment
option while checking out Pickup orders?
Cash payment option is only available for orders
that falls under Delivery option for now.
Order Tracking
After placing an order, how can I track the
status of my order?
To track your order status, go to the Main
Menu - My Orders then select the order you want to track.
