This Privacy Policy explains what data Ordenes collects when you visit our website (https://ordenesdelivery.com), use the Ordenes customer app, the Ordenes Rider app or Vendor mode, or contact us with a query or suggestion. It also explains how we use that data. Some of the data saved on our servers is data you give us voluntarily, for example when you create an account, place an order or fill in a form. Other data is collected automatically.

We collect only the personal data needed to provide our services, and only when you give it to us or allow us to collect it, for example by allowing location access.

Ordenes does not use any technology to track or identify visitors across other websites or apps, and we do not sell your personal data.

Data You Provide to Us:

When you use our services, we may collect the following data:

 Name, phone number, email address and profile photo.
 Login details, including phone OTP verification or sign-in with Google, Facebook or Apple.
 Delivery and pickup addresses, order details, order history and delivery instructions.
 Payment details, processed securely by our payment partners (such as Stripe, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Checkout.com and M-Pesa). We do not store your full card number.
 Messages you send to us, to vendors or to riders through in-app chat or support.
 For riders and drivers: vehicle details, driving licence, identity documents, bank details for payouts, and delivery photos or signatures.
 For vendors: business name, store address, product listings and payout details.

Automatically Saved Data:

Like many other online platforms, we track the general use of our website and apps so we can improve them and give our users the best service. We may automatically collect the following data about your device and how you use our services:

 Domain and host name of your internet provider.
 URL of the website from which you accessed our website.
 IP address of your device.
 Operating system, browser, device model and app version.
 Location data, when you allow it, to show nearby stores, deliver orders and track deliveries in real time. For riders, location is also collected in the background while they are online or on an active delivery.
 A push notification token, so we can send you order and account updates.

Ordenes uses the personal data our customers, riders and vendors provide only to:

 Process, deliver and track your orders.
 Process payments, refunds, wallet transactions and payouts.
 Send you order updates and notifications.
 Respond to your queries and provide customer support.
 Maintain, secure and improve our website and apps.
 Meet our legal obligations.

Ordenes does not disclose your data to third parties, except where we need to in order to complete your request. For example, we share your delivery address with the vendor and the rider handling your order, and payment details with our payment partners. We also use trusted service providers, such as Google Maps, Firebase and Zendesk, to run our services. We may also disclose your data if the law requires it.

Data Security:

We protect your data with reasonable security measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Information:

Ordenes users have the right to be told what data we have saved about them, including their name, the origin of the data, who receives it and why it is stored. You also have the right to ask us to correct or delete your data, or to delete your account.
